Critical Date Approaching Final Day for 2026 Benefit Corrections is This Friday

Hello Operators, Admins and Leadership Teams,
This is a critical reminder that the corrective window for 2026 benefits changes is closing soon.
Team members will not be able to make any benefit changes after this Friday, January 30th (01/30/26) unless they experience a qualifying life event (QLE). Once the window closes, no exceptions can be made.
To support this process, we held training sessions for team members, Operators, and leadership. A copy of the team member training can be found by clicking this link. Please use this resource and distribute it to your teams as needed.
Communications to team members were also issued on the scheduled distribution dates below for both AHP and Affinity
- Monday, January 12th at 11 am EST
- Friday, January 16th at 4pm EST
- Wednesday, January 21st at 11am EST
- Tuesday, January 27th 4pm EST
- Wednesday, January 28th 10am leadership AHP only
- Thursday, January 29th before noon
If there are any outstanding items, they must be addressed immediately to ensure accuracy before the deadline.
