  • Rate change after enrollment

Posted by Alan Kiser on October 23, 2025 at 8:14 am

Good morning all. I enrolled on Monday and printed out my employee detail report, thus completing my enrollment. As I am my store’s HR Director, I assist others in enrollment. Wednesday, other Directors attempted to enroll and the rates were grossly inflated. I returned to my enrollment and saw that my rates had also changed, AFTER I had completed enrollment on Monday. My Operator did not alter strategy. Has this happened to anyone else??

    Hello Alan,

I reviewed your team member in question. She enrolled in the green plan employee only. I did the calculations based on your 2026 contribution as follows:

(((monthly medical rate for NC green employee only- your monthly contribution) * 12 months)/ 26 pay periods)= $116.31 per pay period for medical

Her total per pay for all of her benefits selected is $166.15

The system is reflecting her medical per pay rate correctly based on the green employee rates and contributions from your strategy. The screen shot she shared for total benefits was for the current 2025 year and not 2026. I have asked the team to send her the confirmation statement again with clarification. She had a question on pre-tax. Please remember all medical, dental and vision for her will be pre-tax in 2026. I cannot locate the screen shot she shared but we are looking to have that resubmitted so we can identify and troubleshoot if necessary.

    Thanks so much.

    Warmest regards,

    Glynnis
