Hello GIOA Operators,
We are currently in a corrective window for January. Operators and team members can call in to change or cancel their medical, dental or vision coverage. Changes will be effective as of 02/01.
Deadline: January 30th
A message has been scheduled for the dates and times listed below to team members.
Distribution Dates:
Monday, January 12th at 11 am EST
Friday, January 16th at 4pm EST
Wednesday, January 21st at 11am EST
Tuesday, January 27th 4pm EST
Thursday, January 29th before noon
Message Subject: Action Needed: 2026 Benefits Correction Window Closes Soon!
Corrections or changes can be made to your 2026 medical, dental, vision and HSA benefit elections now through January 30th Any updates made during this window will go into effect on February 1st.
No open enrollment corrections will be accepted after this date.
To make corrections you must call 855-915-3015 between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM EST Monday-Friday. Corrections cannot be made online.
If you have added dependents to the plan, you will receive information on dependent verification in February.
Team Members Gentle Reminder — 2026 medical, dental, vision and HSA benefits are pre-tax, which means once this correction window closes on January 30th, you’ll only be able to add or remove coverage if you experience a qualified life event (like marriage, birth, or losing other coverage).
