Reminder, The First 2026 ALE Townhall

We are hosting our first ALE Townhall for 2026 this Thursday, March 19th, at 4:00 PM EST.

During the session, we will discuss what it means to be an Applicable Large Employer (ALE) under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). You will also learn how to navigate your UnifyHR dashboard, which provides insights on:

– Employee counts (Full-time and part-time)

– ALE classification

– Key affordability metrics
