We wanted to provide a heads-up regarding an upcoming Dependent Verification Audit, which will begin on June 15.
As part of this process, you will receive a list of Team Members within your organization who have been selected for the audit. We ask that you review the list and encourage impacted Team Members to be on the lookout for communications from Aptia, the third-party administrator conducting the verification process on behalf of GIOA.

• Documentation Deadline: July 27, 2026

Any Team Member’s Dependents who are not verified will be removed from their plan on September 30th.
